At LUCID.SKY LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Some products may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law, including products that are personalised, made to order, or otherwise unsuitable for return due to their nature.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs where relevant.

We will provide return instructions if your return is approved. Please do not send products to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider or bank additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

A description of the problem
Photographs or video showing the issue, where appropriate

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

6. UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers may generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning when the goods are received, subject to statutory exceptions. After cancellation, the goods must generally be returned within the applicable period.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original shipment, subject to applicable law. Additional costs arising from a customer choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

7. US Customers

Customers in the United States are entitled to any rights and remedies provided by applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy applies subject to the conditions stated above, while mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Where permitted by applicable law, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Personalised or custom-made products
Products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons once opened or unsealed
Gift cards or similar products where applicable
Items that have been materially used, damaged, or altered after delivery

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
